Smell Me, Love Me: L’Air du Temps, Jontue, and Windsong

I’m going on a bit of a hiatus for about two weeks as I am going to Paris!  Mostly for work, but hopefully I will get to have some fun, too.

I leave you, then, with these television ads from the 70’s and 80’s that employ the tropes of gentle romance between a man and a woman, rather than images of seduction, eroticism, or usurped feminism from my previous posts.  Have fun with them.

L’Air du Temps by Nina Ricci

Jontue by Revlon

Windsong by Prince Matchbelli
